The team advises debtors, shareholders, directors and court-appointed administrators, as well as creditors and prospective buyers, at various stages of the process.
The restructuring team has in-depth knowledge of corporate financing mechanisms, as well as the corporate issues faced by companies, directors, shareholders and investors.
The team works closely with the firm’s other departments (M&A, finance, competition, tax, litigation & arbitration) to implement tailored solutions for each case and to offer its clients comprehensive support, from the early stages of anticipating difficulties right through to the resolution of the crisis.
