Guillaume Aubron, 33 years old (Sciences Po, Assas, Dauphine), joined the firm in 2011. He works on all aspects of competition law (mergers, cartels and abuses of dominant position) as well as on regulatory law cases. His practice involves both advice and representation before French and European competition or regulatory authorities and courts.
François de Bérard, 40 years old (PhD in private law, Lecturer), joined the firm in 2009, after his thesis on international private law. He works on all kind of litigations and arbitrations for the client of the firm, in civil and commercial law disputes. His practices also involve settlement of complex litigations and all aspects of enforcement law. He also deals with international private law matters for the client of the firm. In addition, he is a lecturer of the Nanterre University where he teaches French private law. He is a regular contributor to law reviews.
Christopher Grey, 35 years old (University of Sydney), joined the firm in 2015 after starting his career with Clifford Chance in London and then Paris. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and in Australia, as well as an avocat at the Paris Bar. He advises public and private companies and financial sponsors across a wide range of sectors with a focus on strategic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Rémi Lorrain, 34 years old (DJCE/Business Law University of Nancy, Political Sciences University of Grenoble), joined the firm in 2014. He is admitted to the Bar since 2012 and was appointed as secretary of the Conférence du Stage the same year. He advises the law firm’s clients (such as directors, listed, private or public companies) as regards to all white collar crime matters. He deals with many cases of fraud, money laundering, misappropriation of corporate assets, bribery. His white collar crime practice also covers criminal labor law and media law. In addition, he is Chairman of the DJCE National Association since March 2019.
