Cyril Bonan named co-managing partner of the firm

Paris, January 5, 2015 – Cyril Bonan was named by his partners as a managing partner along with Didier Théophile.

The managing partners represent the firm, including in connection with considerations relating to the firm’s development in France and internationally.  They are also responsible for relations with the attorneys of the firm and human resources more generally.

Cyril Bonan, 41, joined the firm in 2000 and was named a partner in 2007.

His main areas of expertise are civil, commercial, securities and criminal litigation, arbitration and mergers and acquisitions.

The recipient of a number of legal distinctions (major du CAPA,  lauréat du prix annuel de l’Association Française des juristes d’entreprises, premier prix du concours des Editions Francis Lefebvre, major du DJCE and certificat de droit économique), Cyril Bonan was elected the second Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage du Barreau de Paris in 2006.
