Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advisedAccorHotels on the separation of its HotelInvest business in favor of AccorInvest.
AccorInvest’s business has approximately 960 owned and leased hotels within 26 countries. The gross asset value of these properties as of 31 December 2016 is €6.6 billion.
The DVMB team included notably Marcus Billam, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny, Nicolas Mennesson, partners, Laurent Gautier, counsel, Rémi Korenblit, Ioana Nicolas and Leila Dhouib for the M&A aspects, Vincent Agulhon, partner, and Zoé Attali for the tax aspects, Igor Simic, partner, and Elise Maillot for the antitrust aspects, Martin Lebeuf, partner, and Martin Grange for the financing aspects.
Gide Loyrette Nouel also advised AccorHotels with Frédéric Nouel and Didier Martin, partners, Pierre-Adrien Vibert and Romain d’Innocente.
