Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Crédit Foncier de France in the context of its delisting offer followed by a squeeze out on the shares of Locindus filed in the context of the contemplated reorganization of Crédit Foncier de France.

In the context of the transaction (which has included the signing of undertakings to tender shares to the offer), Crédit Foncier de France, which held 75,79% of Locindus’s share capital and voting rights, increased its shareholding to 95,11% of the share capital and voting rights. As indicated in the offer documentation, Crédit Foncier de France has carried out the squeeze-out of Locindus’ shares.
