Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised numerous French media companies in a landmark dispute with Meta

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier represents numerous French media – public and private television channels, public and private radio stations, national and regional newspapers, magazines and pure players – in an unprecedented litigation case against Meta before the Paris Commercial Court.

These proceedings aim to recover the economic damage suffered by the French media as a result of Meta’s unfair commercial practices.

The Darrois team was led by Didier Théophile, Constance Bocket and Matthieu Brochier (partners), together with Solène Balesi and Amel Krideche.

This action was prepared in cooperation with the US law firm Scott and Scott, along with the economic consulting firm Charles River Associates.
