Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues on its €1,079 million sale of Alstom shares
Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises its client Bouygues S.A. (“Bouygues”) in connection with its sale of 29,150,000 shares in Alstom S.A. (“Alstom”), representing 13.0% of its share capital, for a total amount of € 1,079 million euros.
Following this transaction, Bouygues will remain Alstom’s main shareholder with 14.7% of the share capital.
The transaction was carried out through a placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding reserved for institutional investors.
BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP PARIBAS, J.P. Morgan and Société Générale acted as Joint Global Coordinators.
