Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues Télécom in the context of the cancellation of the decisions by which ARCEP refuses to supervise the roaming granted to Free Mobile
On 9 October 2015, the “Conseil d’Etat” brought down two decisions on Bouygues Telecom’s requests. It cancelled the decisions by which ARCEP rejected Bouygues Telecom’s requests tending to the supervision of the roaming granted to Free Mobile on Orange’s network.
