Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Caisse des dépôts et consignations on the disposal of part of its stake in Séché Environnement
Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) on the off-market sale of shares of Séché Environnement representing 11% of its share capital, out of which 9% were sold to Séché Environnement as part of its share repurchase program and 2% to Joël Séché’s family holding company, for a global price of €28.6 million. Consequently, CDC and Joël Séché’s group terminated their shareholders’ agreement and will no longer be acting in concert.
The DVMB team was composed of Bertrand Cardi (partner) and Laurent Gautier (counsel) in M&A and capital markets.
Séché Environnement was represented by Weil Gotshal & Manges in the transaction.
