Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Carrefour in connection with the contemplated acquisition of all outstanding shares of Carrefour Brazil

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Carrefour in connection with its plan to acquire all the shares held by minority shareholders in its Brazilian subsidiary, Grupo Carrefour Brasil (Carrefour Brazil), and to delist Carrefour Brazil from the São Paulo stock exchange (B3) through a merger of shares (Incorporação de Ações).

The Darrois team, led by Bertrand Cardi and Christophe Vinsonneau (partners), includes Forrest Alogna (partner), Thibault Verron and François Bourassin for the M&A aspects, and Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Pierre Dabin for the tax aspects.
