Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Colonial on the acquisition of a 22% stake in Société Foncière Lyonnaise

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Inmobiliaria Colonial on the contemplated acquisition of the 22% stake held by Qatar Holding LLC and DIC Holding LLC in Société Foncière Lyonnaise (“SFL”). The price of the stake would be paid in cash (approx. M€ 203) and in existing and new Colonial shares (approx. 56 million shares).

The transaction remains subject to Colonial shareholders’ general meeting authorizing the agreement and proposing a non-cash capital increase for the issue of Colonial shares representing approximately 10.5% of the capital of Colonial after the transaction.

Following this acquisition, Colonial would hold shares in SFL representing, approximately, 80.74% of its share capital.
