Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA) in connection with its proposal to Groupe Renault for a combination of their respective businesses as a 50/50 merger.
The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team is led by Jean-Michel Darrois, Marcus Billam and Bertrand Cardi (partners) and includes Benjamin Burman, Jean-Baptiste de Martigny and Laurent Gautier (partners), Jean-François Guillemin (of counsel), Christopher Grey (senior associate), Hadrien Bourrellis, Stanislas Darrois and Léonor Boulanger (associates) on corporate and M&A aspects, together with Didier Théophile (partner) and Guillaume Aubron (associate) on antitrust aspects and Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Brian Martin (associate) on tax law aspects.
