Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Kering for the finalization of the disposal of La Redoute and Relais Colis.

Kering announced that it has completed the disposals of La Redoute and Relais Colis to Nathalie Balla, President and CEO of La Redoute, and Eric Courteille, General Secretary of Redcats, in accordance with conditions contained the Sale and Purchase Agreement. Kering confirmed that it has respected all its commitments in the transfer process.
