Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises the Banque des Territoires (Caisse des dépôts et consignations) on its acquisition of a stake in the capital of Predica Energies Durables (PED)
Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised the Banque des Territoires (Caisse des dépôts et consignations) on the execution of an agreement by which the Banque des Territoires and Groupama will become shareholders of Predica Energies Durables (PED), subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Assurances, with a respective stake of 22% and 18% of the share capital of PED (Crédit Agricole Assurances remaining the majority shareholder of PED with 60% of the share capital).
PED’s purpose is to invest in renewable power generating assets alongside Engie, leader in the production of solar and wind energies in France.
