Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Wine Lister Limited’s shareholders in the context of its sale to Groupe Figaro

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Wine Lister Limited’s shareholders on the sale of the entire Wine Lister Limited, UK-based fine wine agency and analytics platform, to Groupe Figaro. The co-founder and managing director of Wine Lister Limited, Mrs. Ella Lister, will join Groupe Figaro as from 1st April 2020 as directrice déléguée at Figaro Vin.

This transactionwill offer to Groupe Figaro the opportunity to accelerate the development of its wine ecosystem, under the Figaro brand and through its different formats media, print and web-based.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team was led by Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partner) assisted by Frédéric Chevalier (associate) in corporate, as well as Loïc Védie (partner) on tax law aspects.
