Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier represented XPO Logistics for the acquisition by XPO Logistics of Norbert Dentressangle and his family’s controlling interest in the company Norbert Dentressangle SA.

This acquisition will be followed by the filing by XPO Logistics of a simplified public offer for the outstanding shares of Norbert Dentressangle SA.

The transaction values ​Norbert Dentressangle SA at 3.24 billion euros.
