François Kopf joins Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier as a partner
François Kopf, 42, is to join the law firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier as a partner specialized in restructuring law.
François has practiced as a lawyer since 1999 and joined Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2004, where he was appointed European Counsel in 2010. He is also a former Secrétaire de la Conférence of the Paris bar (2003).
At Dethomas Peltier Kopf Juvigny, François Kopf advised in recent years on restructuring projects and high-profile insolvency proceedings, where he has represented managers, shareholders, investors and the governing bodies of proceedings.
Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier is delighted to welcome François Kopf who will develop a practice that will work together with the firm’s market leading practices in mergers and acquisitions, litigation, finance and tax.
