Jean-Baptiste, 38 (Sc. Po., Assas, University College London), joined the firm in March 2015 after having worked at Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy. He is mainly active in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He advises public and private companies as well as private equity funds.
Nicolas, 40 (ENS Ulm B/L, agr. philosophie, Assas), joined the firm in 2007. He is mainly active in business litigation, with a specific experience in securities law (market abuse, transparency requirements, public takeovers).
Alexandre (Paris I, La Sorbonne) joined the firm in 2009. He works on cases relating to all aspects of competition law including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominant position as well as on “follow-on” damages claims. His practice involves both advice and representation before French and European competition authorities and courts.
Patrick, 39 (Paris X, PhD in public law), joined the firm in 2008. He is mainly active in economic aspects of public law (regulation, public sector, litigation).
