Astrid Zourli

Astrid Zourli, who currently heads the restructuring team at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, has over 15 years’ high-level experience in preventive, safeguard, and judicial reorganisation and liquidation proceedings, both domestically and across borders.

She has practised at leading international law firms, such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Hogan Lovells.

A specialist in financial and operational restructuring, insolvency proceedings and distressed M&A transactions, she works across all sectors, including manufacturing, retail, maritime and road transport, healthcare, automotive and industrial supply chains, and the energy sector. She primarily advises debtors, shareholders, and directors and insolvency practitioners, as well as creditors and potential buyers, at various stages of the process.

Astrid is recognised by the leading international restructuring rankings, which commend the consistency and quality of her work on complex cases.

She is a member of the Women in Restructuring professional network, the Association for Business Turnarounds (ARE). And the Association of Young Restructuring Professionals (AJR).
