Charlotte Ferran is a partner specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private equity at the firm where she has been working since her admission to the Paris Bar.
Charlotte regularly advises leading private equity sponsons and their portfolio companies as well as industrial groups in their market consolidation transactions and LBOs, in France or abroad.
Charlotte was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 2019 to 2020 where she was involved in cross-border transactions for US groups.
