Olivier Diaz has extensive experience in corporate and securities law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance, both in the domestic and cross-border contexts. His practice covers all aspects of strategic high-end transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, public offers, and complex restructurings.
He regularly advises publicly listed and private companies, private equity funds, as well as executives and governing bodies, whom he assists in structuring and implementing high-stakes and sensitive transactions.
