Pauline is part of the mergers & acquisitions and capital markets department. She mainly assists publicly-listed and private companies on different subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate governance.
Before joining Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Pauline interned at various French and US law firms in Paris as well as in the legal department of the holding company of a CAC 40 group.
