Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Hugging Face, the open-source artificial intelligence platform, on the French law apsects of its acquisition by Nvidia for an amount of $12.9 billion.

The Darrois team was led by Forrest Alogna (partner) and included Sophie Robert on M&A and corporate matters, Henri Savoie (partner), Guillaume Griffart (counsel) and Karel Lehoucq on regulatory matters, Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Pierre Dabin on tax matters.
