Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised the Praemia group (formerly Primonial) and its principal shareholders in connection with the settlement of the dispute with Altarea

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Praemia, Latour Capital, Sogecap and Bridgepoint in connection with the dispute relating to Altarea’s proposed acquisition of Primonial and the conclusion of a settlement agreement resolving the dispute.

Reached following a mediation process, the agreement provides for the payment of a settlement amount to Praemia’s manager shareholders and Altarea’s subscription for non-voting preferred shares issued by Praemia.
