Partner

Bar admission: Paris

Brice Bohuon is a partner in the Public Law and Regulatory Practice of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier. A former member of the Conseil d’État, he advises the firm’s clients on complex matters involving public business law, regulation, public contracts, and strategic administrative litigation.

He is particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions in regulated sectors, as well as in high-stakes contractual, regulatory, and contentious matters.

After beginning his career at the Conseil d’État, he held several senior executive positions, including Secretary General of SNCF Transilien, Chief Executive Officer of the Commission de régulation de l’énergie, and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive Officer for France at Transdev. Before joining the firm, he served as Secretary General of EDF and was a member of its Executive Committee.

This dual experience in both the public sector and major corporations has given him recognized expertise in public business law and regulation, as well as a deep understanding of public decision-making processes, institutional issues, and relations with administrative authorities.

Brice Bohuon is a graduate engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, holds a degree from Sciences Po, and is a former student of the École nationale d’administration (ENA). He also taught at Sciences Po Paris from 2007 to 2024 within the School of Public Affairs.
