Paris, 9 February 2024

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Bellon SA, Sodexo SA’s controlling shareholder, with respect to the initial public offering of Pluxee NV.

The team comprises Bertrand Cardi and Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partners), Isabelle Touré-Farah (counsel) and Dafna Davidova in corporate / ECM, and Vincent Agulhon (partner) and Pierre Dabin in tax.

Bellon SA was also advised by NautaDutilh N.V. for the Dutch law aspects.
