Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Finzzle Groupe, a leading wealth management consultancy, and its founder as they entered exclusive negotiations to sell a majority stake in the company to Bridgepoint, with the founder and the current management team also reinvesting.

This transaction is expected to be completed in Autumn 2025, subject to the usual regulatory approvals.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team is led by Pierre Casanova and Charlotte Ferran (partners), with support of Thibault Verron and Lisa Tapissier for the M&A aspects, Henri Savoie (partner) and Guillaume Griffart (counsel) for the regulatory aspects, Guillaume Aubron (partner) with support of Laure Laborde and Camille Chekir for the antitrust aspects, as well as Martin Lebeuf (partner) and Maxime Garcia (counsel) for the financing aspects.
