Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Sanofi’s Board of Directors on the contemplated sale of a controlling stake in its consumer healthcare business Opella to Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), a US private equity firm.

The valuation of Opella is based on an enterprise value of c.€16 billion, corresponding to c.14 times 2024 estimated EBITDA.

Darrois team was led by Bertrand Cardi, Nicolas Mennesson and Hugo Diener (partners), Thibault Verron and Wenceslas Le Chevalier.
