Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Société Générale and ALD Automotive in the context of the completion of the acquisition of LeasePlan group from a consortium led by TDR Capital, for a total consideration of EUR 4.8 billion, paid through a combination of cash and ALD Automotive shares.
