Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Wendel on the signing of an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in the private equity firm IK Partners, a leading European private equity firm. The agreement includes an option for Wendel to acquire 100% of the private equity firm from its partners. The acquisition is part of Wendel’s new strategic orientations in third-party private asset management.
