Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier is acting as legal adviser to Castillon SAS, Devoteam’s controlling shareholder, on the acquisition from Amiral Gestion of Devoteam shares representing c. 4.4% of the share capital and the launch of a simplified public tender offer (“offre publique d’achat simplifiée”) for the remaining capital, which could be followed by a squeeze out if the conditions of such squeeze out are met.
