Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Natixis on the sale of its residual stake in Coface

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised its client Natixis S.A. (“Natixis”) in connection with the sale of its residual stake in Coface S.A. (“Coface”), representing 10.04% of its share capital, for a total amount of approximately € 174 million.

This transaction was carried out through a placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding reserved for qualified investors.

In this transaction, BNP PARIBAS and Natixis acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team was led by Laurent Gautier (partner) and included Romain Querenet de Breville, Pierre Zejma and Victor Maujean on corporate and capital markets aspects, together with Benjamin Burman (partner) on US aspects, Loïc Védie (partner) on tax aspects and Jean-Baptiste Aubert (counsel) and Guillaume Griffart on regulatory aspects.
