Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Vitura in connection with the disposal of a majority stake in the companies holding the Passy Kennedy and Office Kennedy assets

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Vitura, a SIIC (REIT) listed on Euronext Paris, on the sale of a majority stake in the companies holding the Passy Kennedy and Office Kennedy assets to a European asset manager.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team was led by Christophe Vinsonneau and Cécile de Narp (partners) with Youssef Driouich on M&A aspects, Vincent Agulhon, Loïc Védie (partners) and Sophie Pagès on tax aspects.

Vitura was also advised by DLA Piper on the financing aspects, by Fidal on specific company law aspects, by BG2V on property management aspects and by Noter on property law aspects.

Lacourte Raquin Tatar, Clifford Chance and Wargny Katz advised the purchaser.
