Paris, 30 October 2025 – Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, an independent French law firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Touré-Farah as Partner within its Capital Markets practice, effective 1 January 2026.
This promotion reflects the continued growth and development of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, which combines technical excellence, strategic insight, and long-term client support. Led by Laurent Gautier, the team advises on a wide range of high-profile equity and debt capital markets transactions in France and internationally, acting for issuers, key shareholders, and financial institutions.
Isabelle Touré-Farah joined the firm in 2022 after eight years in the Capital Markets team of White & Case in Paris. Promoted to counsel in 2023, she is a specialist in capital markets transactions and securities law, advising on a broad range of operations including initial public offerings (IPOs)—notably in the context of privatisations, spin-offs, and SPAC listings—as well as complex capital increases (including those carried out in financial restructurings), equity and equity-linked offerings, accelerated bookbuilds (ABBs), bond issuances (including Green Bonds and Sustainability-Linked Bonds) and liability management transactions
She has recently advised Atos on its financial restructuring, Clariane on its capital increases, Bellon S.A. (the controlling shareholder of Sodexo) on the spin-off and listing of Pluxee, and Carrefour, Bouygues, and Valeo on various capital markets transactions. Isabelle also regularly advises listed companies, board members, and reference shareholders on securities law, corporate governance, and financial disclosure matters.
A graduate of the Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE and the Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, Isabelle serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the French Association of Securities Lawyers (Association des Avocats en Droit Boursier – ADB) and teaches corporate and securities law at HEC Paris. In 2024, she was recognised by The Best Lawyers France – Ones to Watch for her work in Capital Markets.
