Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has advised OVHcloud in connection with the acquisition of ForePaaS whose team will join the OVH group to work on the development of new systems of data analytics and artificial intelligence by enriching its Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering.

ForePaaS is an emerging technology company that has developed an analytics platform to initiate, simplify, and accelerate the implementation of projects of machine learning and data processing autonomously.

The Darrois team was composed of Hugo Diener (partner), Alexandre Durand and Martin Lodéon for corporate and M&A aspects, Loïc Védie (partner) and Benjamin Briguaud for tax law matters.
