Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has advised the Indian company Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. on its entry into exclusive negotiations with PAI Partners and other shareholders to acquire a controlling interest in Amplitude Surgical SA and the subsequent launch of a tender offer.
