Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Abertis on its contemplated acquisition of an indirect controlling stake in Atlandes, the concession holder of France’s A63 motorway

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised the Abertis Group on its contemplated acquisition from Crédit Agricole Assurances and AXA IM Alts of their 51.22% stake in Atlandes SA, the concession company for the A63 toll motorway. The closing of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The Darrois team was led by Bertrand Cardi and Hugo Diener (partners), along with Adriana Chiche, Aurélia Defouilhoux, and François Stoll on corporate law aspects, Henri Savoie (partner), Guillaume Griffart (counsel), Théo Rodriguez-Euzet, Karel Lehoucq and Anaïs Cascua on regulatory matters, Guillaume Aubron (partner), Laure Laborde and Camille Chekir on antitrust aspects, Martin Lebeuf (partner) on financing aspects and Vincent Agulhon (partner) on tax aspects.
