Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier names Charlotte Ferran as partner

The partners of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier are pleased to announce the nomination of Charlotte Ferran as partner in the mergers & acquisitions department.

Charlotte Ferran, 35 years old, joined the M&A team of the firm in 2013. Before being appointed as counsel in 2022, she was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz in New York for a year. Charlotte’s practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, advising both listed and non-listed companies as well as their founders. She also regularly advises private equity funds including Apollo Global Management, Allianz Capital Partners and AnaCap Financial Partners. Since she joined the firm, she has been involved in numerous high-profile transactions of domestic and cross-border nature. Recently, she advised Infopro Digital in relation with the investment of TowerBrook Capital Partners (via its newest flagship fund). She also represented Atos in its failed negotiations with Airbus and on its various questions regarding the internal reorganization of the group. Charlotte is a graduate of the University Paris-Dauphine and of King’s College in London.
