Olivier Diaz, Frédéric Mion, Charles de Reals, and Corentin Charlès join Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier as partners

Paris, February 27, 2026

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier announces that it will soon welcome four new partners, Olivier Diaz, Frédéric Mion, Charles de Reals, and Corentin Charlès. This comes at a time when the firm is experiencing particularly strong demand from its clients in relation to strategic transactions and litigation in France and internationally.

The firm is delighted to welcome these four leading professionals, recognizing as our own the culture of excellence and dedication that has defined their careers. They will be joining the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, which they know well, and which has advised on most of the major transactions in the market in recent years.

The arrival of this elite team fits naturally with the firm’s distinctive model: to provide its clients – businesses, family groups and investment funds – with truly independent expertise at the highest level, grounded in a deep understanding of the strategic challenges they face.

Following the very recent arrivals of Astrid Zourli (in restructuring) and Brice Bohuon (in regulation and administrative law), the arrivals of these four partners confirms Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier’s dynamism and appeal, as well as the firm’s deep confidence in the future. With nearly 100 lawyers, including around thirty partners, the firm remains perfectly equipped to respond to its clients’ most exacting requirements.

He now advises senior management of major corporations on their strategic legal matters.

Charles de Reals has practiced for over 15 years at leading French and international law firms. He handles complex mergers and acquisitions. His practice is broad, encompassing both public takeovers and private equity matters, and he has recognized expertise in corporate governance, for both listed and unlisted companies, and securities regulation.
