Global Competition Review (GCR) Awards 2023: Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier awarded in the “Litigation of the year (Cartel Defence)” category

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier’s antitrust and litigation teams, together with their colleagues from Bredin Prat, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, Freshfields and Gide, were awarded in the “Litigation of the year (Cartel defence)” category, for their successful defence of Daimler in a follow-on damage claim initiated in France against several truck manufacturers in relation to the European Commission’s “Trucks” cartel decision.

Our team, led by partners Didier Théophile and Julie Pasternak, was also composed of Hugo Flottes and Eva Parker and was supported by economists from E.CA Economics.
