Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advisor to ALD Automotive on the sale of assets to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Stellantis

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier is advising ALD Automotive in connection with the sale of its Irish, Portuguese and Norvegian subsidiaries as well as LeasePlan’s Luxembourg, Finish and Czech subsidiaries to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Stellantis.

These disposals would take place under the commitments made by ALD in the context of the clearance by the European Commission of the acquisition of LeasePlan.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team is composed of Bertrand Cardi, Christophe Vinsonneau and Forrest Alogna (partners), Cécile de Narp (counsel), Arthur Santelli and Eloy Genest for the mergers and acquisitions aspects, Didier Théophile, Guillaume Aubron (partners), Hugo Flottes, Laure Laborde and Flore Bastien for the competition aspects as well as Vincent Agulhon (partner) for the tax aspects.
