Cécile de Narp became counsel in M&A and Isabelle Touré-Farah joined the firm as counsel in capital market

Paris, 18 October 2022

Cécile de Narp, 33 years old, joined the firm in 2014, after her admission to the Paris Bar. She advises listed and not listed companies, public entities and investment funds. She has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions. Recently, Cécile de Narp advised in particular FL Entertainment in the listing of its audiovisual production and online betting activities in Amsterdam through a de-SPACing, Société Générale and ALD Automotive in connection with the acquisition of Leaseplan, Inmobiliaria Colonial in connection with its acquisition of a stake in SFL (and an asset swap with Predica), Suez in its defense against Veolia, Cofepp in connection with its acquisition of a stake in Marie Brizard and Banijay in connection with its acquisition of Endemol. Cécile graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Isabelle Touré-Farah, 33 years old, joined the firm in 2022 after starting her career in 2014 at White & Case LPP in Paris. She advises on capital markets transactions such as initial public offerings (Isabelle has developed a particular expertise in the field of SPACs, having acted on all SPACs ever listed in France between 2016 and 2021), privatisations, share capital increases, equity-linked (convertible/exchangeable bonds) and debt issues, including liability management transactions. She also advises listed companies, board members, and shareholders on matters relating to stock exchange law and corporate governance issues. Isabelle graduated from University of Paris Panthéon-Assas (Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE and Master 2 in banking and financial law).

 

Isabelle’s arrival strengthens the firm’s capital markets team, whose activity has grown significantly in recent years.
