Charlotte Ferran, Alexandre Durand and Hadrien Bourrellis became counsels of Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier

Charlotte Ferran, 34 years old (Paris Nanterre University, Paris Dauphine University, King’s College London), joined the firm in 2013. She advises listed and unlisted companies, as well as investment funds from a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions. She is involved in their strategic and cross-border transactions and advises them notably on their corporate governance questions. She was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York in 2019.

Alexandre Durand, 36 years old (Edhec Business School, Paris Dauphine University), joined the firm in 2015 after starting his career at Allen & Overy in Paris. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, in particular strategic and cross-border transactions, joint ventures as well as corporate governance. He advises listed and unlisted companies, as well as investment funds from a wide range of industries.

Hadrien Bourrellis, 35 years old (Sciences Po Paris, University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas), joined the firm in 2013. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, private equity and corporate governance matters for public and private clients in a variety of sectors. He is frequently involved in strategic cross-border transactions and projects with litigation aspects. He was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York in 2020.
