Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises Bouygues on its €2.25 billion dual tranche bond issue
Paris, 3 November 2022
Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier has advised its client Bouygues S.A. (“Bouygues”) on its dual-tranche bond issuance for a total amount of €2.25 billion, consisting of a €1.25 billion tranche with a 10-year maturity and a 4.625% coupon and a €1 billion tranche with a 20-year maturity and a 5.375% coupon.
