Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Carrefour S.A. on the sale of Carmila S.A. shares

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Carrefour S.A. in connection with the sale of shares in Carmila S.A. (“Carmila”), representing 7% of Carmila’s share capital and voting rights, for a total amount of approximately €171 million.

Following this transaction, Carrefour S.A. retains a stake of approximately 29.8% of Carmila’s share capital.

This transaction was carried out through a placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding reserved for qualified investors.
