Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised advised Clariane in connection with the sale of its Petits-fils network, specialized in home care services for the elderly, to Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires.

The Darrois team included Bertrand Cardi, Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partners), Youssef Driouich and Alexis de Mailly Nesle on corporate and M&A aspects, Guillaume Aubron (partner), Hugo Flottes and Camille Chekir on competition law, Maxime Garcia (counsel) and Manon Abou Khachfe on financing aspects, Loïc Védie (partner) and Anne-Sophie Del Grande on tax matters.

Clariane was also advised by Lamartine on due diligence aspects.
