Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised Micropole S.A. in its defence against the hostile takeover led by Miramar Holding, which resulted in the signing of a strategic agreement with Talan to launch a competing bid for Micropole’s shares.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team includes Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partner), Adriana Chiche and Sophie Robert on the corporate and stock markets aspects, Nicolas Mennesson (partner) on the litigation and stock markets aspects, Henri Savoie (partner) and Guillaume Griffart (counsel) on the public law aspects, and Constance Bocket (partner) and Laure Laborde on the competition law aspects.
