Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised SAS Rue La Boétie on the acquisition of Crédit Agricole S.A. shares for around one billion euros

Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised SAS Rue La Boétie, majority shareholder of Crédit Agricole S.A., on the acquisition of approximately one billion euros of Crédit Agricole S.A. shares.

For this purpose, SAS Rue La Boétie entered into two financial contracts with two financial institutions, providing for the forward acquisition of Crédit Agricole S.A. shares.
