Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advised the Lagardère group in connection with the spin-off of the weekly news magazine Paris Match, followed by its sale to the LVMH group.

The Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier team was led by Olivier Huyghues Despointes (partner), with Florian Benard, Sophie Robert and François Stoll on M&A aspects, Loïc Védie (partner) and Anne-Sophie Del Grande on tax aspects as well as Constance Bocket (partner) and Flore Bastien on antitrust aspects.
