Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier advises the NatPower group in connection with the signing of an investment agreement providing for the acquisition by Vinci SA of a minority stake and the underwriting of €30 million of convertible bonds, as well as the possibility of increasing its stake in NatPower SA in the future in order to acquire control.
